The day of 23 November 2025 will always shine in history, when India won the first Women’s Blind T20 World Cup by defeating Nepal by 7 wickets. That was the day of Sunday. The Colombo sky was different that evening, with a light breeze, the fading light of the sun, and players playing on the field whose eyes see little of the world but dream the clearest. And this dream was made true by the brave blind women’s cricket team of India. The victory was not just the end of a fight. It was the result of countless struggles, courage, pain, and hopes.
